Service Description
AI Career Index provides a structural career intelligence assessment and reporting service. The platform generates deterministic structural scores, projections and analysis based on your assessment inputs. Results are structural intelligence outputs, not professional career advice, financial advice, or employment guidance.
Permitted Use
You may use AI Career Index for personal professional assessment and planning purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose assessment outputs without written permission. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the scoring methodology or access the platform through automated means.
Accuracy of Inputs
Assessment results depend on the accuracy of your inputs. AI Career Index is not responsible for results generated from inaccurate, misleading or hypothetical responses. Complete the assessment based on your current actual role and situation.
Intellectual Property
All framework content, scoring methodology, report structure and platform design are proprietary to AI Career Index. Your assessment results are personal to you and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
AI Career Index is provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of assessment outputs. We are not liable for any decisions made on the basis of assessment results. Maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
